Why am I not able to use a Discount code during checkout?
We have received feedback from some customers using FireFox who are not able to input a discount code during checkout. We recommend to switch to a different internet browser (such as Google Chrome). Otherwise, please proceed with the purchase and drop us an email afterwards with regards to the discount issue. We will refund you your entitled discount value immediately :)
Are the products on Carbs for Keto strictly low carb?
The products on this website can all be suited to a low carb lifestyle. Most are also high in fat and can be consumed by those on the ketogenic diet or those in the induction phase.
All available nutritional information has been included as part of the description/photo array for each product.
Do remember that calories still have to be counted while on a keto diet, and consuming more calories will result in slower fat loss results
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver to Singapore. We look forward to offering delivery to other countries in the future.
What is the Delivery Cost?
Standard Delivery: $5 per order (1-3 Working Days)
Express Delivery: $10 per order (1 Working Day)
Same Day Delivery: $20 per order (Same Day)
When will I receive my order?
Within 1 - 3 working days

What happens when delivery attempts were unsuccessful?
We will contact you again to schedule a re-delivery slot.

Can products spoil in transit?
While we don't stock any perishables requiring refrigeration, we are aware that Singapore weather can reach high temperatures at times.
All of our products are stored in a cool location prior to dispatch, and packed carefully for delivery.
However, you may find that chocolate may soften during delivery. Carbs for Keto is not liable if chocolate or any other products are altered as a result of their transportation.
Can I return or exchange my products?
