What are CFK points and how do I redeem them?
CFK points are reward points which are earned and accumulated when you place orders with us with a customer account.
To redeem them, click on the Rewards button on the bottom right corner of the page to start exchanging your reward points for discount vouchers!

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Singapore only. We look forward to offering delivery to other countries in the future.

When will I receive my order?

What happens when delivery attempts were unsuccessful?
We will contact you again to schedule a re-delivery slot.
Re-delivery charges apply.
$5 if re-delivery is on the same day and $10 if re-delivery is on a different day.

Are the products on Carbs for Keto strictly low carb?
The products on this website can all be suited to a low carb lifestyle. Most are also high in fat and can be consumed by those on the ketogenic diet or those in the induction phase.
All available nutritional information has been included as part of the description/photo array for each product.
Do remember that calories still have to be counted while on a keto diet, and consuming more calories will result in slower fat loss results
Can products spoil in transit?
While we don't stock any perishables requiring refrigeration, we are aware that Singapore weather can reach high temperatures at times.
All of our products are stored in a cool location prior to dispatch, and packed carefully for delivery.
However, you may find that chocolate may soften during delivery. Carbs for Keto is not liable if chocolate or any other products are altered as a result of their transportation.

What is the expiry date of the products?
You will receive products at least a month prior to their expiry dates, except for clearance items which their expiry dates will be indicated on the product pages.

Can I return or exchange my products?
Strictly no refunds or exchanges.
